1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdck platform, accessible at https://bdck.io, and to all products, services, games, betting markets, promotions, and support functions available through bdck. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

bdck is an online entertainment platform providing casino games and sports betting services to players located in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English. All financial transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bdck Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and bdck.

2. Definitions

• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency of the bdck platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the operating timezone of bdck customer support.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Minimum Age

The bdck platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. bdck operates a mandatory age verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all pending transactions cancelled, and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The bdck platform is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the bdck platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. bdck makes no representation that its services are lawful in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.

3.3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bdck services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration. bdck reserves the right to request documentary proof of any registration information at any time.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active bdck account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, National ID numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. In the event that multiple accounts are detected, bdck will permanently suspend all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals. Players wishing to reopen a closed account must contact bdck support directly.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

bdck operates a full Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Players will be required to verify their identity before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable verification documents include a National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

4. Account Security

4.1 Password Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdck login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdck will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your bdck account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdck support immediately via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. bdck will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification. bdck shall not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. bdck reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to inactive accounts after the 12-month inactivity period. Players will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied. The maintenance fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

bdck accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may be subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 via mobile banking methods.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to a Player's bdck account in real time upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Bank card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to process depending on the issuing bank. bdck does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day, on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days. All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

A Player must have a fully KYC-verified account to make a withdrawal. Players who have received Bonus Funds must fulfil the applicable wagering requirement in full before any withdrawal can be processed from a balance that includes Bonus Funds or associated winnings. bdck reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency.

5.5 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on bdck are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdck does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Where a deposit originates from a foreign-currency source, the applicable exchange rate applied by the payment provider at the time of transaction will determine the BDT amount credited.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Promotional bonuses and offers are available to eligible registered Players who meet the qualifying criteria stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are available to Players aged 21 and above with a fully registered bdck account. bdck reserves the right to limit promotional eligibility at its sole discretion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion terms (for example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted). Bets placed on games or markets excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment will not count toward the requirement.

6.3 Bonus Validity

Bonus Funds that are not used or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be removed from the Player's account without compensation.

6.4 Abuse of Promotions

Any Player found to be exploiting promotional offers through systematic abuse, collusion, or any form of advantage play that falls outside the spirit of the promotion will have their bonus cancelled and their account reviewed. bdck's determination as to what constitutes promotional abuse is final.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game and betting market available on bdck is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the respective game interface or market page. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to game outcomes, payouts, and bet settlement.

7.2 Sportsbook — Cricket & Other Markets

Bets placed on cricket matches — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC bilateral series, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). In-play bets are settled on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted. bdck reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body.

7.3 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by bdck, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player except in circumstances where the platform's responsible gaming tools (such as a bet delay or cooling-off period) permit a withdrawal window. bdck reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by technical error.

7.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum single-event payout limits apply to all sports betting and casino game wagers on bdck. Maximum payout thresholds are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. bdck reserves the right to limit stake sizes and maximum payouts at its discretion without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdck platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one bdck account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with any part of the bdck platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.
• Using the platform while subject to an active self-exclusion agreement.
• Any conduct that constitutes money laundering or the financing of illegal activity.

9. Responsible Gaming
